Letter to the Editor In Hindi/English Format?
संपादक (Editor) को पत्र उस स्थिति में लिखा जाता है जब किसी कार्य विशेष को
करने वाले लोग अपने कार्य को सही ढंग से करने से बचते है या करना ही इंकार कर
देते है। ऐसे में यदि इस परिस्थिति से हम पत्र के जरिये संपादक को अवगत करवा
दे तो ऐसी संभावना बन जाती है की हमारा अपूर्ण कार्य पूर्ण हो जाये।
सम्पादक को पत्र लिखने से पहले इन बातों का ख़ास ध्यान-
- सबसे पहले अपने पते को डालें
- उसके बाद तिथि (Date) लिखे
- अब संपादक का अभिवादन कर नीचे संपादक के पते को लिखे
- अब अपने समस्या को लिखे
- इस पत्र का समापन करने के लिए भवदीय लिखे और उसके नीचे अपना नाम लिखे।
नोट:- जब भी आप संपादक को पत्र लिखे तो सफ़ेद पन्ने में ही लिखे और उसे काले कलम से
सुन्दर अक्षरों में लिखे।

महोदय,
आपके अख़बार हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स द्वारा मैं नगरवासियों का ध्यान बिजली की समस्या के तरफ केंद्रित करना चाहता हूँ कि गर्मी आते ही हमारे क्षेत्र में बिजली की समस्या कहर बन टूट पड़ती है। जिससे
यहाँ के लोग परेशान हो जाते है। और अपनी परेशानियों को ले बिजली ऑफिस दौड़
पड़ते है। लेकिन वहाँ हमारा सुनने वाला कोई नहीं। जिस समस्या से हम जूझते है
वो हमलोग ही जानते है।
मौसम बदल जाने की वजह से कुँए सुख गए है और कई हैंडपंप से पानी का एक बून्द
नहीं निकलता। बिजली न रहने की वजह से सुबह हमे पानी भरने में बहुत
दिक्कत होती है। उसके बाद समस्या आती है खाना बनाने में, घर में पानी न
रहने की वजह से खाना-पीना-नहाना सब जुल्म हो जाता है।
गर्मी की वजह से दोपहर में घर में रहना भी मुश्किल हो जाता है क्योंकि बिजली
न रहने की वजह से पंखे नहीं चलते है और यह समस्या रात में तो नींद हराम कर
देती है क्योंकि मछर सोने नहीं देते और गर्मी से पसीने से आदमी तर-बतर हो
जाता है।
बिजली न रहने की वजह से सोने से लेकर जागने तक समस्या होती है। अतः
आपसे यह निवेदन है की हमारी इस समस्या को अपनी प्रकाशन में प्रकाशित करे।
ताकि सोई हुई बिजली विभाग जाग उठे।

विषय- मोहल्ले में सफाई न होने की वजह से बन रहे कई बिमारियों के घर।
महोदय,
पिछले कुछ महीनों से प्रशासन मनो सो रहा है। कई बार शिकायत करने के बावजूद भी
हमारे मोहल्ले की सफाई नहीं हो रही है। जिससे हम सभी मोहल्ला वासी परेशान
है।
चार महीने पहले हमारे मोहल्ले की साफ-सफ़ाई पर प्रशासन का विशेष ध्यान रहता
था। लेकिन न जाने अब क्या हुआ की सफाईकर्मी हमारे मोहल्ले में आते ही
नहीं है और यदि आते है तो साफ-सफाई करने के नाम पर टाइम पास कर वापस
चले जाते है। टाइम पास करने की वजह जानने पर वो हमारे ऊपर चिल्लाते है।
साफ-सफाई न होने की वजह से घरो से निकला कचरा सड़क पर पड़ा रहता है। तथा नाली
की गन्दी पानी ज्यादा हो जाने पर निचे बसे हुए घरो में भी घुसने लगता है। सड़क
पर नाली की पानी और कूड़ा-कचरा का अम्बार रहने की वजह से यहाँ आवारा कुत्तो व
गायों की भोजन तलाशने की भीड़ लगी रहती है।
इस गंदगी की वजह से बहुत ख़राब बदबू निकलती है। और मछरों जैसे अन्य जीवो के
प्रजनन का यह मशहूर जगह बन चूका है। मछर व मक्खी ज्यादा हो जाने की वजह से कई
केस मलेरिआ और डेंगू जैसे रोगो के मिल चुके है। अतः आपसे हमारी यह विनती है
की हमारी इस समस्या को अपने प्रकाशन में प्रकाशित करने की कृपा करे। ताकि
प्रशासन जागे और हम सभी स्वस्थ्य रह सके।

Sir,
As soon as the summer comes, the problem of electricity in our region
breaks into havoc. Due to which people here get upset. And power offices
run to take their troubles. But there is no one to listen to us. We only
know the problem we are dealing with.
The wells have dried up due to changing weather and many hand pumps do not cause a drop of water. Due to lack of electricity, we have a lot of
difficulty in filling water in the morning. After that, the problem
comes in cooking, due to lack of water in the house, eating and drinking and bathing all become atrocities.
Due to the heat, it becomes difficult to stay in the house in the
afternoon because the fans do not run due to lack of electricity and
this problem makes the sleepless at night because mosquitoes do not
allow sleep and the sweat from the heat makes the man wet. it happens.
There is a problem from sleeping to waking up due to lack of
electricity. Therefore, you are requested to publish this problem in
your publication. So that the sleeping Electric department wakes up.

Subject: Many diseases are being built in the locality due to lack of
cleanliness.
Sir,
Through the column of your newspaper, I want to arise the problem of cleanliness in my locality. The administration has been sleeping for the last few months. Despite
complaining many times, our locality is not being cleaned. Due to which
all of us mohalla residents are worried.
Four months ago the administration had special attention to the
cleanliness of our locality. But do not know what happened now that the
cleaning workers do not come to our locality and if they come, they go
back after passing time in the name of cleaning. They shout at us on
knowing the reason for passing time.
Due to lack of cleanliness, the garbage released from the houses remains
on the road. And when the dirty water of the drain becomes too much, it
starts to enter the houses inhabited below. Due to the presence of drain
water and garbage waste on the road, there is a crowd of stray dogs and
cows looking for food.
This dirt causes a very bad smell. And it has become a famous place for
breeding other creatures like mosquitoes and horseflies. Many cases of
diseases like malaria and dengue have been found. Therefore, we request
you to please publish this problem in your publication. So that the
administration will wake up and we can all stay healthy.
