Dear Sir,
With reference to your advertisement in " The Indian Express " for the post of a " Filing and Dispatching Clerk " , I wish to offer my services. I give below particulars regarding my qualifications , experience etc. and hope that you will give me an appointment at a time most convenient to you when I may call at your office for an interview.
Having passed my B.A. from Agra University in 2015. I joined Messrs Amar Electricals Pvt. Ltd. Right from my very first day, I was put on the seat of a Filing and Dispatching clerk as the person already working there had been upgraded to the next higher post.
I picked up the work soon by referring to filing registers maintained by the concern. Since then I have been working there and I have been given as many as three special increments. Very recently the latest Godrej Filing System has been introduced in my office. Our average receipts are 75 letters and almost and equal number of letters are dispatched daily. I am well acquained with the postal rates.
I am 21 years of age, having good health and sound habits.
I expect a minimum salary of Rs. 20,000/- per month.
